Midwest was founded in 1975 by Bob Vitale in Canton, Ohio, to control dust in mines. Fifty years of research underpin its soil stabilization, dust control, lubrication and anti-icing technologies. Midwest maintains its own soils and research laboratory, formulations and application teams.
Midwest structures each engagement as a program: diagnosis, design, application and monitoring. Laboratory tests and site measurements document performance. Independent third parties verify product performance and environmental safety.
From Casablanca, Midwest Africa supports public and industrial project owners. We characterize in-place soils, design treatments for climate and traffic, and supervise implementation. This method is designed for deployment across national and regional networks.
